The ZTC Thunder Enclosure lets you connect a NGFF M.2 solid-state drive to a USB port, turning an internal module into portable storage. It is aimed at users who need to clone drives, migrate data or back up files between computers without installing the SSD internally. Compatible with Windows and macOS systems.

Aluminium shell and tool-free board support

The enclosure uses an aluminium housing that acts as a heatsink for the drive while protecting it from physical shock during transport. It accepts five different M.2 board lengths so you can fit common NGFF sizes without extra spacers or screws. A USB 3.0 cable is used for both data and power, so no separate adapter is required.

Passive cooling with low power draw
