This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR4 2400 MHz registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL17 timing. It is built for the HP Compaq Workstation Z840 and runs at 1.2 V on major-brand chipsets. The modules are unbuffered by a heat spreader and use a 2Rx4 organisation.

The Z840 supports up to 512 GB of registered ECC RDIMMs across 16 slots when two CPUs are installed.
