Precision Thermal Pad for GPU and Laptop Repairs

This 85 by 45 millimetre pad uses 12.8 W/mK silicone to bridge gaps between chips and heatsinks in laptops, graphics cards and LED coolers. It is non-conductive, non-corrosive and non-curing, so it will not short nearby components or degrade over time. The material stays pliable for repeated disassembly.

Replaces Dried Paste or Thin Stock Pads

Swap this in when factory thermal paste has hardened or when a 0.5 millimetre pad leaves a visible gap on uneven surfaces. The 1.5 millimetre thickness fills larger tolerances on memory modules, VRM arrays and CPU dies where thinner interfaces cannot make full contact. It is not suited for builds that need a sub-millimetre bond line.

Simple Press-Fit Install With No Mess

Peel the protective film, place the pad on the die and mount the cooler; natural viscosity holds it in position without spreading. Avoid stretching the sheet or stacking multiple layers, as both reduce thermal transfer. The pad can be lifted and repositioned during fitting, but repeated handling will eventually weaken the surface tack.
