The modules default to standard JEDEC speeds of 2133, 2400 or 2666 MHz. You must enable the XMP 2.0 profile in the motherboard BIOS to reach the rated 3200 MHz and CL16-18-18-42 timings.

Is this memory compatible with my laptop?

No. These are 288-pin desktop UDIMMs and will not fit laptop SO-DIMM slots.
