Smart-UPS SRT 5000VA Step-Down Transformer

The APC Smart-UPS SRT 5000VA is a double-conversion on-line UPS that steps 208V input down to 120V output. It delivers 4800 watts of regulated power for servers, network gear, medical labs and light industrial equipment that require clean 120V supply from a 208V source.

Rack-mount 2U form with NEMA L6-30P input

The unit occupies 2U of rack space and connects via a NEMA L6-30P plug on a 160-275V, 40-70 Hz supply. It provides fifteen battery-backed outlets: one NEMA L6-30R, two NEMA L6-20R and twelve NEMA 5-20R. Management interfaces include RJ-45 10/100 Base-T, RJ-45 serial, SmartSlot and USB for integration with PowerChute software.

Runtime at 5000 VA load and battery replacement

At full 5000 VA load the internal battery provides 3.5 minutes of runtime; at half load it extends to 10.7 minutes. Recharge takes 1.5 hours. The replaceable battery cartridge is APCRBC140. The UPS is not suited for loads exceeding 4800 watts or for installations that cannot supply a NEMA L6-30P circuit.
