A 1 TB DDR4 ECC load-reduced kit of four 256 GB modules at 3200 MHz CL22 for compatible HP ProLiant servers
Capacity 1TB (4 x 256GB)
This kit provides one terabyte of DDR4 memory in four 256-gigabyte load-reduced DIMMs. It is built for HP ProLiant DL325 Gen10 Plus v2, DL345, DL360, DL365 and DL380 Gen10 Plus servers that require ECC load-reduced modules. Standard desktop systems cannot use this memory type. Mixing with unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs is not supported.
Load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory bus, allowing all four modules to run at the rated 3200 MT/s without signal degradation during long-running tasks. The CL22 latency and 1.2-volt operation remain stable under continuous utilisation. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MT/s lets the kit downclock automatically if the platform requires a lower speed.
The defining attribute is the ECC load-reduced 288-pin DIMM form factor combined with an 8Rx4 organisation. Only systems that explicitly support this exact memory type can accept the kit. Buyers whose servers require registered ECC, unbuffered ECC or non-ECC memory must choose a different module.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Each module operates at 1.2 volts, the standard DDR4 voltage, so total power scales with the four 256 GB sticks installed.
The kit needs a server or workstation board with 288-pin DDR4 slots that support LRDIMM; it will not work with unbuffered or registered ECC memory.
Yes, the modules are backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz speeds and will down-clock to match the slowest installed DIMMs.
