64GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered RDIMM for compatible Gigabyte server and workstation boards
This 64GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC Registered RDIMM is built for workstations and servers that require registered memory with error correction. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or with unbuffered or load-reduced modules. The module targets administrators upgrading compatible Gigabyte server platforms.
The module uses a 288-pin DDR4 ECC RDIMM form factor operating at 1.2V with a 2Rx4 rank configuration and no heat spreader. It fits the Gigabyte H252-Z12, H261-Z60, H261-Z61, H262-NO0 and H262-NO1 systems and is JEDEC-standard and RoHS compliant for warranty-safe installation.
Running at the JEDEC-standard 1.2V, the module draws nominal power and generates heat within specification for registered server DIMMs. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz speeds allows it to operate at lower frequencies when the platform requires it, keeping thermals and noise at standard server levels.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
It operates at the JEDEC DDR4 3200 standard (PC4-25600) with CAS latency 22 and will down-clock to 2933, 2666, 2400 or 2133 MHz if the platform requires it.
It needs a standard 288-pin DDR4 DIMM slot on a server or workstation board; it will not fit desktop UDIMM slots and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules.
Power down, open the chassis, align the key notch with the 288-pin slot, press firmly until both latches click, then verify in BIOS that the channel registers 64 GB at 1.2 V and ECC is enabled.
