This A-Tech module delivers 128GB of DDR5 4800 ECC RDIMM capacity in a single 288-pin stick. It targets administrators expanding memory in compatible HP/HPE servers and workstations that require registered, error-correcting modules. The 4Rx4 organisation with 3DS/TSV stacking suits high-density configurations where maximum RAM per slot is essential.
Operating at the standard 1.1V DDR5 voltage, the module draws minimal power for its density and runs without a heat spreader. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping maintain stable thermals in densely populated chassis. Passive cooling relies on system airflow; no active noise is generated by the memory itself.
The stick replaces HP/HPE part numbers including P43334-B21, P48503-001, P43336-0A1, P50313-B21, P56154-001, P43336-1A1, P64752-001 and P43336-6A1. It is not suited for desktop platforms, consumer motherboards or systems requiring unbuffered UDIMMs or lower-density ranks. Align the notch on the module with the slot key, press firmly until both retention clips click shut, then verify the 1.10V operating voltage is detected in the system BIOS before booting the OS.
