This A-Tech kit provides 64 GB of DDR5 server memory across four 16 GB UDIMM modules. It is built for workstations and servers that require ECC unbuffered DIMMs with a single-rank x8 organisation. The kit is not suitable for standard desktop or laptop platforms that lack DDR5 ECC UDIMM support.
Each module operates at the standard DDR5 voltage of 1.10 V without a heat spreader. Power draw scales with the 5600 MT/s data rate and the 1Rx8 density, producing modest heat that typical server airflow handles without additional cooling. Acoustic impact is negligible because the modules have no moving parts.
Under continuous workloads the quad-channel kit maintains its rated 5600 MT/s speed and CAS latency of 40. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors in real time, preserving data integrity during extended compute or virtualisation tasks. The major-brand DRAM ICs are validated for reliable operation at the specified voltage and timing.

Align the key notch on each 288-pin module with the slot, press firmly until both side clips click, and populate all four slots for quad-channel operation; the step often missed is checking the motherboard manual for the correct slot order to enable 1Rx8 quad-channel mode.
The modules have no heat spreader and no moving parts, so no scheduled maintenance is required; replacement is only needed if a module fails, which is covered by the lifetime warranty.
The CAS latency of 40 at DDR5-5600 sets the timing floor, and the 1.1V standard voltage limits further frequency scaling, so latency and voltage headroom become the first constraints under continuous load.
