Pump top for Laing D5 / VPP655

The Alphacool Eisdecke D5 Top replaces the stock cover on Laing D5, VPP655, TPP644 or MCP655 pumps. It adds three G1/4 inlets and two G1/4 outlets for flexible loop routing. The black acetal body measures 80 x 80 x 40mm and includes four 5mm LED mounting holes for custom lighting.

Upgrade path and conversion

This top replaces a standard pump cover to improve port options and mounting stability. It also accepts a supplementary accessory element that converts the assembly into a complete reservoir. The jump is worth it when the original pump top lacks enough ports or when a builder wants a reservoir without adding a separate cylinder.

G1/4 interface limits

All five ports use G1/4 threads, so every fitting in the loop must match that standard. The 80 x 80mm footprint fits many layouts and allows optional installation in a 3.5in drive bay, but the fixed port count and spacing restrict how many angled or rotary adapters can sit side by side.
