The ALTRONIX ACM Series unit is an access power controller that provides eight individually fused outputs for security and fire-alarm installations. It suits installers who need a single enclosure to distribute regulated 12 or 24 VDC power to multiple devices such as door strikes, readers or alarm modules.

Dual-voltage supply rated at 4 amps on 12 V

The built-in power supply delivers filtered, electronically regulated output at either 12 VDC or 24 VDC. At 12 V it provides up to 4 amps of total current; at 24 V the available current drops to 3 amps. Installers must size the load so the combined draw across all eight outputs stays within the chosen voltage rating.

Fire-alarm disconnect selectable per output

Each of the eight outputs can be set for latching or non-latching fire-alarm disconnect, allowing the controller to meet local code requirements without extra hardware. A form-C alarm relay rated at 1 amp 28 VDC signals when the FACP input is triggered. Short-circuit and thermal overload protection safeguard the supply and connected devices.
