This Analog Technologies module converts a 24 V DC input into a regulated 0–5 kV output with up to 2 mA of current. It targets engineers and integrators building X-ray sources, spectrometry front-ends, electrospinning rigs or thin-film deposition systems that require a programmable high-voltage rail.
The unit accepts 24 V ± 1 V and draws between 130 mA and 590 mA depending on load. Output voltage follows a 0–5 V control signal, while a 5 V ± 0.05 V reference and an electronic shutdown pin simplify integration. No high-voltage cabling is included, so insulation rating and creepage distances must be provided by the installer.
Confirm that your 24 V supply can deliver at least 590 mA continuously and that its regulation stays within the ± 1 V window. Ensure the enclosure provides adequate creepage and clearance for 5 kV operation and that your control electronics can source a clean 0–5 V analogue signal for voltage programming.
