Practical limits of the included molds

The three molds cover 45°, 90° and 180° bend angles, which handles most standard routing scenarios. Angles outside this range or compound curves cannot be formed with the supplied molds alone. The cutter supplied is not recommended for acrylic tubing because it may lack the required strength. Users must heat the tubing first and must never apply heat directly to the molds.

Installation notes and common issues

Assembly is straightforward: heat the hard tube, insert the silicone tube, then press the assembly into the chosen mold. The most frequent mistake is heating the mold instead of the tubing, which can damage the tool. Acrylic tube users should source a stronger cutter separately.
