The server uses DDR4 ECC Registered memory up to 2400 MT/s across 16 slots and the H240 supports 6 Gb/s SATA alongside 12 Gb/s SAS, so compatible modules and drives will function.

How do I confirm the H240 RAID 0/1/5 arrays are healthy after first boot?

During POST the H240 BIOS utility lists each logical drive and its status; iLO 4 then reports drive health, array state and patrol-read progress in its storage tab.
