Dual 500 W redundant hot-swap power supplies provide resilience, while the Intel C610 chipset supports a second Xeon v3 or v4 CPU for up to 36 total cores. Eight 2.5-inch SFF drive bays accept SATA or SAS media; the onboard B140i controller handles RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 for SATA drives only. Optional universal media bay, NVMe bay or additional SFF cages can be added to bays 2 and 3.
