KKSB Raspberry Pi 5 Case

This aluminium and steel enclosure houses a Raspberry Pi 5 board while leaving room for HATs, add-on boards and NVMe HATs. A removable cover and an external power button simplify installation and daily operation. Threaded holes and two bottom keyholes allow wall or surface mounting. The sandblasted black anodised finish suits a workbench or office desk.

Sustained-load behaviour

Ventilation slots on both side panels promote airflow around the board and any fitted cooler. The design accepts the official Raspberry Pi cooler and provides 18mm and 20mm spacers to keep an NVMe HAT clear of the cooler for continued airflow. Long and short spacers are included to match HATs with different GPIO header heights. A side opening permits a 40 GPIO cable connection without removing the cover.
