Two-Channel UART Expansion

This HAT adds two extra UART channels and eight programmable GPIOs to any Raspberry Pi with a 40-pin header. It connects through I2C using an onboard SC16IS752 controller so no additional GPIO pins are consumed. The board targets makers and engineers who need more serial ports for sensors, modems or industrial equipment.

Stackable 40-Pin Header Design

The module uses the standard 40-pin GPIO extension header and can be stacked up to 16 boards by setting the address jumper, yielding a maximum of 32 UART channels.
