This HAT adds three USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and one Gigabit Ethernet port to a Raspberry Pi 4. It is designed for makers and developers who need extra high-speed peripherals and wired networking on a single board. The board draws power through an onboard USB-C 5 V input for stable operation. USB 3.2 Gen1 and Gigabit Ethernet limits

Each USB port runs at up to 3.2 Gen1 speeds and remains backward compatible with USB 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1 devices. The Ethernet port negotiates at 1000M, 100M or 10M depending on the connected switch or router. Total bandwidth is shared across the three USB ports and the Ethernet controller through the single upstream link. Cable quality and length will affect the maximum reliable throughput.
