This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 256 GB as two 128 GB DDR5-6400 registered ECC modules. Each stick is a 288-pin RDIMM with 4Rx4 organisation, CL52 latency and 1.1 V operation. The modules are validated for the Supermicro X14SRA-F motherboard and use major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips.
Confirm that your X14SRA-F firmware revision and CPU configuration support fully populated 4Rx4 registered DIMMs at 6400 MT/s. Consult the board manual for approved slot order, maximum capacity per channel and any BIOS updates required before installation.
Ideal for administrators expanding a verified X14SRA-F platform to its maximum registered ECC configuration. Not suitable for systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs, SODIMM form factors, lower-rank modules or non-ECC memory.
