This 768GB kit contains eight 96GB DDR5 5600 registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H13SRH motherboard. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL46 timing and a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered design lets the memory controller address every slot when the board is fully populated.

DDR5 5600 Registered Limits

DDR5 5600 (PC5-44800) sets the maximum data rate this kit will reach on the H13SRH platform. Registered DIMMs add one clock cycle of buffering, so the controller sees a stable load across all eight slots. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly but cannot repair multi-bit failures. The 288-pin form factor fits only DDR5 RDIMM sockets; it will not seat in UDIMM or SODIMM slots.
