ECC Registered Server Memory

This 16GB DDR3 1333 module is an ECC registered RDIMM built for Supermicro X8DT6, X8DTE, X8DTG, X8DTH and X8DTi series motherboards. It targets administrators extending the service life of existing workstation or server platforms that require registered error-correcting memory. The part replaces Supermicro MEMDR316LSL05ER13 and will not operate in standard desktop systems or alongside unbuffered DIMMs.

240-Pin DDR3 Form Factor

The module uses a 240-pin DDR3 interface at 1.5V with CL9 latency and a 2Rx4 organisation.
