Server ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit provides 256 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across four 64 GB modules. It is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require error-correcting, registered DIMMs. Standard desktop boards cannot use this memory and it must not be mixed with unbuffered modules.

Installation and compatibility

The 288-pin RDIMMs install like any DIMM but only in platforms that support registered ECC DDR4. The kit runs at 1.2 V and is backward compatible with 2133 MHz and 2400 MHz bus speeds. Systems lacking registered ECC support will not post with these modules installed.
