This kit provides one terabyte of DDR5 4800 memory across eight 128GB registered DIMMs. It is built for PowerEdge R760xa, R860 and R960 systems that require ECC registered modules. Standard desktop or unbuffered platforms cannot use this memory.

288-pin registered design fits supported PowerEdge

Each module uses a 288-pin DDR5 form factor with 4Rx4 organisation and operates at 1.1V. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported.

CL40 latency at 4800 MT/s under continuous server

The modules meet JEDEC PC5-38400 specifications for sustained operation in multi-socket environments. ECC correction maintains data integrity during extended compute tasks. No heat spreader is included, relying on chassis airflow for thermal management.
