Evolv X2 see-through glass chassis

The Phanteks Evolv X2 is a mid-tower chassis built around a three-sided tempered-glass enclosure that floats above a brushed-black base. It accepts ATX, E-ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards, including rear-connect ATX designs, and presents the interior through clear panels on every visible side.

Builders who want a showcase vertical-airflow layout

The vertical cooling path draws air from the bottom, passes it along the graphics card and CPU, then exhausts through the top, suiting high-heat-load systems that benefit from a chimney effect. Builders who prefer conventional front-to-rear airflow or need a smaller footprint should consider a different form factor.

Seven 120 mm fan mounts

Two 3.5-inch and five 2.5-inch drive bays provide storage headroom, while the 380 mm GPU length limit and 170 mm CPU-cooler height limit accommodate most flagship components. The 250 mm power-supply length allowance covers standard ATX units, and the 8 expansion slots leave room for multi-slot cards.
