The Rosewill RSV-R4012 is a 4U rackmount server chassis built for ATX and Mini-ATX motherboards. It provides twelve internal 3.5-inch drive bays for high-capacity storage arrays. Seven expansion slots support add-in cards for networking or compute. This platform suits builders assembling storage servers or backup appliances.

Seven slots and 280 mm GPU limit define

Seven full-height expansion slots allow multiple PCIe cards, yet the maximum graphics card length is 280 mm. ATX power supplies up to 180 mm deep are supported. CPU coolers must not exceed 158 mm in height. Front-panel connectivity includes two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 3.2 Type-C port for external drives.

SGCC steel construction with included PWM fans

The chassis uses SGCC steel in a black finish for structural rigidity in rack environments. Two 120 mm PWM fans are pre-installed at the front, with two 80 mm fan positions at the rear. LED indicators show power status, drive activity and dual LAN activity. Front ports are accessible without opening the rack.
