This internal solid state drive uses Samsung V-NAND technology and a MGX controller to deliver sequential reads up to 540 MBps and writes up to 520 MBps. The 250GB capacity suits everyday computing in laptops and desktops that accept a 2.5 inch SATA drive. It operates from 0°C to 70°C with active power draw of 3.5W.

SATA III interface

The drive connects through a SATA III interface compatible with SATA 3Gb/s and SATA 1.5Gb/s ports. This single specification decides whether the SSD fits your system; it will not work in M.2 or PCIe slots. Maximum random read reaches 97,000 IOPS at QD32 while random write reaches 88,000 IOPS at QD32.
