The Samsung 970 EVO MZ-V7E250BW is an internal solid-state drive built on the M.2 2280 form factor. It uses a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface with NVMe 1.3 protocol and 64-layer V-NAND MLC memory. A Samsung Phoenix controller manages the flash alongside 512MB of LPDDR4 DRAM cache.
