The Solidigm D7-P5520 is a 3.84TB enterprise solid-state drive in a U.2 15mm form factor. It connects via a PCI-Express 4.0 interface and uses 144L TLC 3D NAND. The drive is rated for 7.0 PBW endurance and carries FIPS security certification. It is built for data-centre and server workloads that demand consistent high throughput.
