This Solidigm D7-P5520 SSD delivers 3.84TB of storage in the E1.S 9.5mm form factor built for dense server chassis. It uses 144L TLC 3D NAND over a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface. Sequential reads reach 6500 MBps and writes reach 3400 MBps. Random read performance is rated at 1000000 IOPS with random writes at 147000 IOPS.

Read-intensive data-centre workloads
