It connects via a PCI-Express 4.0 interface and delivers sequential reads up to 7100 MBps and writes up to 3700 MBps. Random performance reaches 1000000 IOPS read and 374000 IOPS write. The drive is rated for 65.4 PBW endurance and a 2000000-hour MTBF. It targets data-centre and server workloads needing high-capacity, high-throughput flash storage.

Before ordering check your backplane and cabling

Verify that your server or storage array accepts a U.2 15mm 2.5-inch drive and that the backplane provides a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 link.
