Sustained performance

Under continuous workloads the Innogrit IG5220 controller manages heat and write amplification through Dynamic and Static Wear Leveling, Garbage Collection and Global Wear Leveling. SLC cache and Data Shaping help absorb bursts before the 3D NAND settles to steady-state throughput. The drive draws 4.75 W active and 0.3 W idle while operating between 0 °C and 70 °C.

PCIe 4.0 x4 practical limits

The PCIe 4.0 x4 link caps sequential transfer at 4985 MB/s read and 4775 MB/s write. Random 4 KB performance reaches 195 K IOPS read and 289 K IOPS write.
