KingSpec
A 512 GB 2.5" SATA III internal SSD using 3D NAND, delivering up to 560 MB/s reads and 530 MB/s writes with 240 TBW endurance
Options P3-512
The KingSpec P3-512 is a 2.5 inch internal solid state drive built for consumer laptops and desktops. It uses 3D NAND flash memory and connects through a standard SATA III 6Gbps interface. The drive suits everyday computing, system upgrades and general storage expansion.
With no moving parts the drive runs silently and produces minimal heat inside a chassis. Idle power draw is rated at .41 watts which helps extend laptop battery life. The solid state design also provides inherent shock resistance for mobile use.
The drive offers sequential reads up to 560 MBps and writes up to 530 MBps. Random 4KB performance reaches 65000 IOPS read and 70000 IOPS write. Endurance is rated at 240 terabytes written with an MTBF of 1000000 hours.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Mount the drive in a 2.5" bay, connect the SATA data and power cables, then enable AHCI in the BIOS before installing the operating system; skipping the AHCI step is the common mistake.
The drive has a 240 TBW endurance rating and supports TRIM, garbage collection, wear leveling and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring; no user maintenance is required, and replacement is only needed once the 240 TBW limit is reached.
The SLC dynamic cache will fill first, after which write speeds drop from the peak 530 MBps toward the native 3D NAND rate; the 240 TBW endurance limit is reached only after very long cumulative use.
