PrimoChill
Extends a G 1/4in fitting by 10mm with a coated-brass male-to-female coupler for clearance
Option UV Pink
Struck-through versions exist but are not stocked here.
The PrimoChill G 1/4in 10mm SX Extension Coupler adds clearance between a male and a female G 1/4in threaded fitting in a custom water-cooling loop. It is intended for builders who need extra space to route tubing or align components inside a tight chassis. The coated brass body provides corrosion resistance for long-term coolant contact. Buyers who want a rigid angled adapter or a rotary fitting will not find those functions here.
The coupler is a solid brass component with no moving parts, so it adds no audible noise to the system. Heat transfers through the metal body at the same rate as any standard G 1/4in fitting in the loop. Power draw remains unchanged because the part does not require electricity. The 10mm height without threads and 15mm height with threads keep the added restriction minimal for pump performance.
One installed O-ring on the male threaded side is supplied in the package, so no separate seal purchase is needed for that connection. The female side accepts any standard G 1/4in fitting, allowing the builder to choose the final barb or compression fitting. Candy SX finish tones can vary between knurled and smooth surfaces, which is a cosmetic consideration only.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Hand-tighten the male G 1/4in thread into the component first, using the pre-installed O-ring to seal; then thread your fitting onto the female G 1/4in end. Avoid tools — over-torquing the coated brass strips the fine threads.
The installed O-ring on the male G 1/4in side is the only maintenance item; inspect it during loop drains and replace if it shows flattening, cracking or coolant weep — typically every one to two years in continuous use.
The coated brass body handles sustained pressure and temperature far beyond normal loop specs; the practical limit is the single O-ring seal, which will degrade before the coupler material fatigues.
