This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4-2133 registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge 13th generation rack servers. Each module runs at 1.20V with CL15 latency and uses a 2Rx4 organisation. The kit targets administrators expanding memory capacity in R430, R530, R630, R630 XL, R730, R730 XL, R730xd, R730xd XL, R830 or R930 platforms.

Registered ECC modules at 1.20V

Registered DIMMs place a register between the DRAM and the memory controller, reducing electrical load and allowing larger capacities per channel. The 1.20V operating voltage matches the DDR4 standard for server memory. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors, protecting data integrity during sustained workloads.

288-pin DIMMs without heat spreaders

The four modules use the standard 288-pin DDR4 form factor and ship without heat spreaders, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Mixing registered ECC with load-reduced ECC is not supported; all installed modules must share the same ECC type. Systems with mixed speeds will operate at the slowest installed module rate. Buyers needing non-ECC unbuffered memory for desktops or laptops cannot use this kit.
