128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit for 13th Gen Dell PowerEdge

This 128GB kit contains eight 16GB registered DDR4 modules built for Dell PowerEdge R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 and R930 rack servers. Each module runs at 2400MHz with CL17 latency at 1.20V. The 2Rx4 organisation and ECC registration suit virtualisation hosts and database nodes that demand data integrity.

Sustained throughput with registered ECC stability

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight DIMMs to operate together without signal degradation during long compute runs. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption in workloads that run for days. The kit will clock down to the slowest installed module if mixed speeds are present.

Bare modules for dense server chassis

The 288-pin DIMMs ship without heat spreaders, fitting the tight DIMM spacing of 1U and 2U PowerEdge sleds. Registered ECC RDIMMs cannot be mixed with load-reduced or unbuffered memory, so the full kit must match the existing memory type.
