EPYC 9015 8-core server processor

The AMD EPYC 9015 is an eight-core, sixteen-thread server processor built for Socket SP5 platforms. It targets data-centre operators who need dense compute for AI inference, cloud workloads or enterprise databases. Buyers requiring higher core counts for heavy multi-threaded rendering or large-scale virtualisation clusters should look at processors with more cores.

Socket SP5 compatibility

This CPU fits only motherboards equipped with the Socket SP5 interface and a supporting chipset. It provides twelve DDR5 memory channels running at 6400 MT/s and 128 PCI Express 5.0 lanes for high-bandwidth storage and accelerator cards. Systems using a different socket or fewer memory channels cannot accept this processor.

125 W thermal design power
