SP5 socket and 12-channel DDR5 memory

The processor mounts in a Socket SP5 package without soldering. An integrated memory controller runs 12 channels of DDR5 6400 memory. PCI Express 5.0 provides up to 128 lanes for high-throughput I/O. A 400 W thermal design power requires robust cooling that is not included.
