The AMD EPYC 9135 is a 16-core, 32-thread server processor built on the 9005 series architecture for SP5 platforms. It targets data-centre operators who need high per-core frequency and 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes in a 200 W envelope. Twelve DDR5-6400 memory channels feed memory-intensive workloads such as virtualisation, database serving and AI inference.

This processor requires a motherboard with the SP5 socket and a BIOS that supports the 9005 series. You must populate DDR5 modules rated for 6400 MT/s across up to twelve channels to reach rated memory-controller speed. A cooling solution rated for at least 200 W TDP is not included and must be sourced separately.
