Nozzle for Adventurer 5M Series

This 0.8 mm nozzle assembly fits the Adventurer 5M and Adventurer 5M Pro printers. It supports filament types that require higher abrasion resistance such as carbon fibre, glass fibre, wood and speciality PLA blends. The quick-release mechanism lets you swap the nozzle in roughly three seconds without tools.

Sustained high-temperature printing

The nozzle reaches 200 °C in 35 seconds with a 50 W heater and maintains up to 280 °C for continuous extrusion. It delivers a volumetric flow of 32 mm³/s, so layer heights of 0.3 mm or 0.4 mm run steadily without the slowdowns seen in short-burst tests.

Upgrade from smaller diameters

Replacing a 0.25 mm or 0.4 mm nozzle with this 0.8 mm version cuts print time on large parts by using thicker layers. The jump is worth it when you print abrasive composites or need faster throughput and can accept the reduced detail of 0.3 mm to 0.4 mm layers.
