What this adapter does
The LORDWORLD adapter lets you connect one 2.5-inch SATA drive or one M.2 SATA or NVMe drive to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port at up to 10Gbps. It is built for quick data recovery, drive cloning or temporary external storage. A tool-less design means you can swap drives without screws or a separate enclosure.
What to verify before buying
Your host must provide a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port to reach the stated 10Gbps ceiling; slower ports will work but reduce throughput. The adapter accepts only one drive at a time, so you cannot run a 2.5-inch drive and an M.2 drive together. Confirm your M.2 module uses the M-key or B+M key pin-out, because other keyings will not fit.
Behaviour during long transfers
Sustained speeds depend on the drive's own write performance and the host controller's thermal limits rather than the adapter alone. The blue activity LED shows when data moves, helping you confirm the link stays active during large copies. UASP and TRIM support keep command overhead low, so the adapter does not become a bottleneck once the drive settles into its steady state.

商品問答
Does the adapter include any cables or drives, or do I need to buy them separately?
The adapter ships without cables or drives; you must supply your own USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable and a 2.5" SATA or M.2 SATA/NVMe SSD.
Should I choose a 2.5" SATA drive or an M.2 NVMe drive for this adapter?
Both form factors work, but only one drive can be used at a time; pick the drive type you already own or need for your laptop upgrade.
Will I actually see 10Gbps transfer speeds when the adapter is connected to my PC?
The 10Gbps ceiling requires a USB 3.2 Gen 2 host port and a drive that can saturate the link; real-world speed depends on both.
