Acrylic Stackable Case with 40mm Fan

The Micro Connectors RAS-PCS06 is a precision laser-cut acrylic enclosure designed for Raspberry Pi 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Zero variants and Asus Tinkerboard. It includes an active 40mm fan, three heatsinks and all mounting hardware. The open frame keeps the 40-pin GPIO, CSI and DSI ports fully accessible for rapid prototyping or permanent deployment.

5000 RPM Active Cooling and Cluster Ready

A 5V 40mm fan spinning at 5000 RPM mounts directly over the CPU area while three adhesive heatsinks draw heat from the main chips. The stackable architecture uses 2.54mm standoffs so multiple units align vertically, letting builders expand a Pi cluster without redesigning the mechanical layout. Wall-mount tabs are moulded into the acrylic for fixed installations.

Upgrade from Basic Shells When Heat or Scale Matters

Builders moving up from bare boards or passive shells gain forced-air cooling that prevents thermal throttling under sustained loads. The PoE HAT cutout means power-over-Ethernet upgrades slot in without case modification. Buyers who need a fully sealed dust-proof enclosure or integrated display mounting will need a different form factor.
