1U/0U IP-addressable PDU with LCD

The Minuteman RPM158N1LCD is a rack-mount power distribution unit that delivers eight NEMA 5-15R outlets from a single IEC320 C20 inlet. It supports both 1U horizontal and 0U vertical mounting so it fits standard racks or cabinet side rails. An integrated LCD shows real-time current, IP address and environmental readings. The unit is rated for a maximum load of 12 amps with a 15-amp input breaker.

Replaces basic power strips without remote control

This PDU adds IP-addressable outlet switching so administrators can power-cycle individual devices from anywhere. The jump is worth it when you manage servers or network gear that occasionally lock up and need a hard reboot without a site visit. Built-in web server, SNMP traps and email alerts provide automated event notification. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly consumption logs store up to 5000 entries each for capacity planning.

Check inlet compatibility

Your rack must supply a 100-120VAC source with an IEC320 C20 connector to match the 10-foot input cord. Confirm the upstream circuit can deliver 15 amps so the internal breaker does not nuisance-trip. A 10/100 Base-T Ethernet drop is required for the management interface, which supports IPv4, IPv6, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, SSH and RADIUS authentication. Verify that your monitoring system can consume SNMP traps or syslog messages for alarm integration.
