This 128GB OWC module is a DDR4 2933 PC4-23400 CL21 ECC Load Reduced DIMM built for server and workstation platforms. It uses a 288-pin form factor and operates at 1.2V with an 8Rx4 rank configuration. The part is validated for the PowerEdge C4140 with CascadeLake CPUs and is not compatible with standard desktop computers.

Capacity and Headroom
