ECC Registered DIMM Kit for Servers

This 16GB kit contains two 8GB DDR3L modules rated at 1066MHz with CL7 latency. Each stick is a 240-pin registered DIMM operating at 1.35V and includes ECC error correction. The modules use a 2Rx4 rank configuration and are designed as a dual-channel pair. They are built specifically for compatible workstations, servers, NAS systems or routers.

Thermals and Power at 1.35V

The DDR3L voltage of 1.35V reduces power draw compared with standard DDR3 modules running at 1.5V. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the bare PCB handles cooling in normal server chassis.
