This 16GB kit contains two 8GB DDR3L 1600 CL11 registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge R320 R415 R420 R420XR and R515 servers. The modules run at 1.35V and use a 1Rx4 organisation with ECC error correction. They replace Dell part numbers A7134886 A7545680 RKR5J and SNPRKR5JC/8G.

Not for desktop or unbuffered builds

Buyers upgrading standard desktop PCs or consumer laptops cannot use this memory because it requires a registered ECC platform. Systems that only accept unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs will not post with these modules installed. Mixing this kit with any unbuffered memory is also unsupported.
