This 256GB kit contains two 128GB DDR4 2933 modules built to the PC4-23400 standard with CL21 latency. Each stick is a 288-pin load-reduced DIMM operating at 1.2V and carrying 8Rx4 organisation with ECC. The kit is validated for the Supermicro X11SPD-F motherboard and will not work in standard desktop systems or alongside unbuffered or registered ECC memory.

Sustained workload stability

Load-reduced architecture lowers electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full 256GB to run at the rated 2933 speed without the signal degradation that limits conventional registered DIMMs at high density. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400 and 2666MHz buses lets the modules clock down automatically if the platform requires it. Buyers needing unbuffered desktop memory, registered ECC without load reduction, or capacities beyond 256GB per kit cannot use this product.
