The Systor SYS-SD-167 is a standalone SD and microSD duplicator that copies one source card to 167 targets simultaneously. It supports SD, SDHC and SDXC formats in both full-size and micro variants. The unit operates without a host computer using a four-button LCD interface. A 256 MB buffer and dual 400 W power supplies sustain high-throughput duplication workloads.

Verify card compatibility and power input

Confirm that your source and target media are standard SD, microSD, SDHC, microSDHC or SDXC cards. The duplicator uses slot-load connectors for direct card insertion. Ensure the installation site provides 115 V or 230 V AC at 50 Hz or 60 Hz to match the auto-ranging power supplies. No software installation or PC connection is required for operation.

Standalone rack unit with SATA link

The duplicator is a self-contained rackmount appliance that only needs mains power and the memory cards themselves. Its internal SATA connection links the controller to the copy engines. Asynchronous mode lets each channel load, copy and verify independently, freeing operators from batch scheduling. Quick-erase and DoD-compliant sanitisation functions prepare cards for reuse without external tools.
