ECC Registered DDR3L Kit for Servers

This OWC kit supplies 16 GB of DDR3L 1600 memory in a matched pair of 8 GB registered DIMMs. ECC and register buffering protect data integrity in multi-socket workstations, servers and compatible NAS or router platforms. The modules run at 1.35 V and conform to JEDEC PC3L-12800 CL11 timings. They are not compatible with standard desktop motherboards or unbuffered memory.

Low Voltage Operation and Thermal Profile

Each DIMM operates at the DDR3L nominal voltage of 1.35 V, reducing power draw compared with 1.5 V DDR3 equivalents. The registered design places less electrical load on the memory controller, helping sustained throughput under continuous server workloads.
