The system includes 128 GB of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory across eight slots and a PERC H330 controller managing two 1.92 TB SATA SSDs. This configuration targets organizations running virtualization, private cloud or high-performance computing workloads that benefit from high core counts and fast memory in a compact blade form factor. The embedded Matrox G200 graphics with 8 MB video memory provides only basic console output, so buyers who need GPU acceleration for AI training, rendering or VDI should look at a different platform. The half-height blade design also means it cannot be used as a standalone tower or rack-mount server without a compatible Dell chassis.

Two 1.92 TB SATA SSDs on a PERC H330 controller

Storage is delivered by two Dell Enterprise 1.92 TB SATA 6 Gb/s 2.5-inch solid-state drives connected to the PERC H330 Mini Mono controller, which supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and 50. The server offers two 2.5-inch drive bays in total, so both bays are occupied by the installed SSDs.
