128GB DDR4-2133 ECC LRDIMM Kit

This 128GB kit contains two 64GB DDR4-2133 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge 13th Gen rack servers including R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 and R930 models. It targets administrators who need maximum registered capacity on these platforms.

Installing 4Rx4 LRDIMM modules

Installation follows standard 288-pin DIMM seating but requires strict adherence to the server memory guide for channel population and rank limits. Mixing these Load Reduced modules with Registered DIMMs is not supported and will prevent boot. All slots must use matching ECC LRDIMM types.

Capacity headroom for dense workloads

The 128GB kit provides high density for virtualisation, databases and memory-intensive applications on compatible PowerEdge servers. Speed is locked to DDR4-2133 CL15 at 1.20V; adding slower modules will downclock the entire array. Systems needing more than 128GB per CPU or non-ECC memory cannot use this kit.
